Oh My - Its a Girl
My wife and I had the sonogram today, and she is a girl (the baby, not my wife, who is also a girl). Everything is looking very good. Two eyes, 10 fingers, 10 toes, four chamber heart and everything appears to be working fine.

I am so excited, and scared to death. Oh my, in 13 years I will have a teenage daughter.

We are both thrilled. I have been switching back and forth between wanting a guy or a girl (on the way into the test I was leaning to girl and my wife was leaning to boy). In the end, I truly did not care. Once I saw that heart beating and the doc said everything was perfect, I could not care less if it was a boy or a girl, just that my baby was healthy. (I must say, based on the sonogram, she is going to be a knockout).

2. Wonderful news!
So glad the little one is healthy and everything is going well. When is the due date? I know you cannot wait to hold her.

3. She is due Feb. 4, 2006
My wife is going to have a scheduled c-section due to some medical issues, so we can pick a birthdate around that time.

YaY. My sister and I were both born in February. We are exactly four years and four days apart. We always teased my Mom about it because my late father's birthday was in May. So we've told her we knew what she gave Dad for his birthday at least twice. ;-)

Again Congratulations to you and your wife and Best Wishes on the birth.

6. Me too.
My parent's wedding anniversary is in May, so I guess that explains me.
