I'm excited to see some old faces from past seasons but disappointed that not to see some others.

I can't believe the hillbilies are on there and the two old out of shape guys.

I'm probably the only one that like Rob and Amber but they are tough competitors and ran a good race last time. I'm pulling for them first and Terry and Ian next. I didn't like Terry and Ian when they were on at first but they seemed to run a very clean smart race and they earned my respect, I just wish he wasn't so bossy to his wife. Perhaps seeing it on TV made him realize how bad it was.

1. I LOVE Rob and Amber

but I am hoping they come in second again. I love to watch them. they are super competitive and play well together, but I can't cheer for them to win another million. I want them to be around until the end, then come in second again.

I was pissed blake and paige from season 2 were not there. They were another team I hated, but wanted to see around because they were entertaining.

I don't understand casting team guido and the other gay couple, whose names I can't remember. Team Guido were very competitive and are the villian team if Rob and Amber are out quick but the other team wasn't very competitive in their season.

I would have like to have seen Colin and Christie for the entertainment value.

because they make my S.O. yell at the TV the way I yell at the TV when the Chimp is on.

He hates Rob mostly because he kept driving when he passed the car crash the season they came in 2nd.

And I'm annoyed at myself for watching the show on Sunday. I said I wouldn't watch it if those two were on. They are way past their "five minutes of fame". They don't deserve to be dredged up for every ALL STAR reality show. Have they been on Big Brother yet? :eyes:

I can't believe she's such an enabler of his bad behavior. She's pathetic.

But I love the show. I like that they don't conspire to vote people off; it's all done on merit (and luck sometimes.)

I haven't picked a favorite team yet. I just know it's not "Romber."

4. I can't believe it!

AFN isn't showing The Amazing Race this season! *GASP* They show all the Survivors and TARs. I will have to live vicariously through everyone's posts -- so write lots of details! Reading re-caps on CBS isn't quite as fun as reading everyone's take on the episode here at DU.

Did someone get eliminated in the first leg? Nevermind, I'll look that one up. :D

Friendly respectful posters and a great moderator. My son is on the race again and that is the forum that keeps me informed with video links, CBS promos and screen captures. They also post the links to YouTube entire episode downloads for those who do not get the broadcast live on Sun nights. BUT beware that there are serious and accurate spoiler threads.

12. We had no idea about the nipple rings.

We did know that their HS football coach did not allow earrings, piercings or tattoos on any team members. He and his older brother came home with them after they played their last game so we figured it was a "free at last from coach Stauffer" thing.
