That Intersection really messed up the Beauty Queens didn't it? They had to wait so long for Charla and Mirna. Mirna, by the way, was very harsh to everyone, including Charla. I'm getting tired of her attitude.

Danny and Oswald were very gracious in giving up the prize to Uchenna and Joyce.

The Guidos would have had a hard time beating the 30 minute penalty in any case. I think they were doomed from the beginning.

1. Good episodes

Mirna is not a very nice person at all. My hate for them grows by the minutes. If I were the travel agent I would have thrown them out of my store.

Frankly it's been boring since Romber were eliminated. I like Danny and Oswald, they are so supportive of each other and was a nice gesture to give up the #1 to Uchenna and Joyce since they have already won one. I like Uchenna because he always gets the bigger picture, like when they visited Auchwitz(sp?) and other places.

To bad the Guidos are gone, I actually liked them. The intersection did screw the beauty queens but if they were better with directions they may have gotten there first to have first crack at the coming teams. Their lack of direction screwed them again as usual.

I loved the shot of Charla chucking while Danielle was trying to eat and the expression on her face as you saw Charlas back hunch as she unloaded was priceless. However, I would think it's against the rules to deliberately bing and purge like that. I understand if you puke and you can't control it but to force puking was not cool in my book.

2. I wish so much didn't depend on getting a flight from one place to another.

The jockeying around with the ticket/travel agents is getting old.

Where did Mirna get that accent? I've never heard anyone complain as much as she does...it's constant and most of it is directed at Charla.

I couldn't stop laughing when it came to the knight in shining armor...why did Charla do it instead of Mirna? I was starting to feel sorry for Charla's horse...wish we could have seen it in the daylight!

I'll be surprised if Eric/Danielle make it to the end...she needs to hush!

3. I feel like a jerk for saying it but

Charla falling down in the armor was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. It reminded me of Eric Cartman from Southpark.

Danielle is slowly imploding and if she doesn't learn to deal with the stress they will never last. However, Eric isn't so good at calming her down. I don't see their relationship recovering from this experience, who knows.

7. I'm still laughing about that! One of the funniest things I've ever seen!

Too bad it was dark out; would have loved to see it in the daylight. I noticed there were two "handlers", one on either side of the horse. If something went south, one would take care of the horse and the other would grab Charla! Where did they come up with the little suit of armor, anyway? Doesn't seem like that's something you would have on hand.

8. One thing I don't understand

Is why Charla always ends up doing the very physical tasks. What is up with that?

Coming in last and being marked for elimination on Sunday may be the best thing that could have happened to them. Maybe now they will turn it up a few notches and be a little more competitive. This coming episode looks like it's going to new heights. I hope they manage to stay in the race since it will give me an excuse to go back to NYC (my home, for the finale.) It would also be my wife's first visit to the Big Apple and of course The Early Show.

I'm actually rooting for them. She just makes me a little crazy sometimes! I also tend to forget the strain this show is putting on the players.

I truly hope you and Mrs. Desi make it to NYC!!!

but it depends on them making F3. They are both driving us crazy and they are also driving my wife to drink huge amounts of wine on Sundays LOL! I'm also looking forward to a game at Yankee Stadium against Seattle since The "House that Ruth Built" will be torn down and this may be the only opportunity I'll get to do so. Watched a lot of Yankee games from those old bleacher seats <sigh>.

4. ...and how about those accents?

It drives me completely nuts when Charna/Mirla affect some gawdawful "accent" whenever they are speaking to non-native English-speakers! They do this whereever they are, and the accent changes! And it's never consistent with the country they are in. It's so... I can't even put a word to it.

It's as though they believe that they will be understood better if they throw a French/Italian/Spanish accent on to their English??? Hopefully when they watch this they will be really embarrassed at how stupid that is.

5. That is exactly why they drive me up the wall...

...each week I tune in hoping that they get eliminated...They are rude and dis-respectful to everyone they meet...

The blonde and the ex-druggie just need to quit their relationship...they are POISON for each other...

It was interesting that both gay couples, and the African-American couple totally "got" the Auschwitz experience, whereas Churna/Milna and the others missed it almost entirely...

I REALLY, REALLY hope that those two get eliminated soon....

Danny & Oswald, what WERE they thinking?

We were cheering for Eric and Danielle by the end. I was going to be so steamed if they lost out by a couple of minutes. And as much as I like Danny & Oswald, it was sort of a letdown that they were not eliminated after all that!

18. I really don't like Eric and Danielle

I don't like Eric's attitude at all (especially against the Guidos)and Danielle seems like a (forgive me for stereotyping) typical dumb blonde.

I'm sorry Danny and Oswald did what they did. They went against their principles and it's gonna cost them.

That episode disappointed me. I had a hard time watching the end. I really wanted E&D eliminated. If not them, I hope the beauty queens go. They so deserve to NOT win.

19. What turns me off about Eric and Danielle

are how immature they are. At the yield, I understand they were frustrated, but to be as obscene as they were was not called for and then talk about throwing everyone off the cliff, not cool. I'm glad Danny and Oswald are still in it and I'm pulling for them or the Beauty Queens. Not to pig out but the beauty queens making the noodles was pretty much the hottest thing I've ever seen, it didn't hurt they just came out of the rain. Can't wait for next week if it's the finale.

It made no sense to me whatsoever what Oswald and Danny did. The biggest threat in this game are the blondes, and that's who should have been yielded -- since they had already used the yield, there'd be no karma involved (or actually, it would be karma, but not against O&D). I really think that Os/Dan, subconsciously, felt so guilty about their decision, that they actually somehow made the karma thing a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I was so relieved that Eric and Danielle just slipped in, although it was still a non-elimination so they'd still be there anyway. I've been rooting for O&D up until this episode, but I'm very glad they weren't eliminated. Maybe next week they can redeem themselves. I just don't want the blondes to win, although I'll admit they are very good at this game and probably deserve to win.

Desi, can you tell us the timeframe of the actual taping -- like, when did that episode occur? If it's all pre-taped as I would assume, then you'd already know if you were going to New York or not (or have already been there). Desi? Are you here? Maybe you're already in New York... hmmmmmmmmm?

paid them basically to not yield them. I would say money well spent, considering the 30 minute penalty it was the strategic choice to yield eric and danielle. Turns out it didn't matter.
