Survivor - Fans vs. Favorites - Episode 4 discussion thread
That was another surprise, and another bad move by the fans. Losing Mike was good for Joel in teh big picture, but bad for this early place in the game. Its too early to lose the big guys. That said, usually one or two players who are smart from a weak tribe can go VERY far and win. I can see the favorites losing a few more players before a merge, but the smart ones will be in this to win. All in all, I would have dropped Chet. Tracy did herself proud by saving herself and maybe turning her role into a power role. Chet better turn it on or he will drag Tracy down with him.

The favorites have a lot of problems too. Losing YaoMan was a HUGE Mistake. It will hurt them soon enough. AquaOzzy is some kind of fish/man mutant. Remember Waterworld, that terribel flick with Kevin Costner. Ozzy would have fit in that film, he is part fish. He won that challange by himself. In fact, if he were not there, teh favorites would have lost. Also, I gotta give Jonathon props. He held his own in the water. He may be more valuable than JAmes if the challanges stay in the water.

1. That making a second idol thing was pretty smart of Ozzy.
It'll be fun to see if anyone actually finds it and thinks it's the real thing.

2. Eliza is a Dem!
This is from her bio on the CBS site: "She is the Co-Intraschool Editor of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocates (Fordham's Mock Trial Team), the Co-Symposium Editor for the Urban Law Journal and the President of the Fordham Law Democrats."

I still can't forgive her for the Yankees cap though. ;)

I think Cirie and Eliza were lucky they won immunity. I can see either of them going soon.

The fake idol was brilliant!

3. I like Cirie a whole lot less this time around.
Last time she came across as kind of bemused by it all, and I enjoyed her comments, but she's a little too into herself as power broker this time. Judging from the preview for next week, she doesn't respond well when she's called on it, either. I predict both alliances will shut her out, as too snaky to be relied on.
