Wow, it goes from a GREAT episode to one of the worst of the year. It was boring and predictable. I was sad to see JT and Stephen immediately go back to Deb and Coach. Stephen is smart, yet he does not get rid of the only people who can hurt him. I thoght his comments in teh beginnign were right. Coach is not plotting something, come on.
I love the tribemate questions and the cuttign game. Ever since Marquesas when Neleh and PAscal realized they were on the outside of the finals, the challenge usually plays out well. this time, it was a waste. nothing happened. No surprises, no revelations. I was so bored. I will say I was shocked that Stephen choose Taj and JT to go on reward. One of them should have stayed back to watch the others and it should have been JT. Just like JT had to send Steven to exhile, this week he should have staed to watch Coach and Deb, or whoever was there. Bad call and it almost cost you. If Sierra was not so angry at Deb and Coach, she would have gone over and JT might have been ousted.
I did feel for Erinn on exile. It looked so cold and wet. YEt Steven did a solid by bringing her a sweater. Great move that the camera caught and it will help him next week when its 3-3, but its really 4-2, at least I think. I wonder if Taj and Erinn will get together and realize they are the only ones not in a pair and form their own pair. At some point they have to turn on JT because he is simply not beatable by anyone. I would do it after Coach or Deb was gone so you can keep your numbers, but it has to happen.
I loved Sierra calling out Deb and coach. I hoped it would turn JT, but it did not. Oh well. Another week of Coach is usually fun to watch. Overall, not a great episode, but next week will be good. I have to give props to JT, Steven and Taj. they went into the merge, after Joe left, down 6-3 and they climbed back into control. That is impressive. Steven gets most of the gameplay credit and JT gets the credit for bringing over Coach.
