Survivor 20 Ep 7 "I'm Not a Good Villain"
I could have sworn that would be Coach saying that. Stupid Jerri.

The merge is coming next, which means Sandra has a shot at making some moves. I'm pulling for her and JT now that my beloved Rob is gone. (Noooooo!)

I can't figure out why Jerri suddenly decided Russell is trustworthy and Rob isn't. Weird. Parvati is now in the driver's seat of this game, since Russell once again has zero chance of winning. Everyone on the Villains tribe is thinking of taking him to F3 as a goat, just like in Samoa.

Stupid decision to sit out Sandra and Courtney for the Reward. You want your strongest team for the IC. JT and Amanda did a nice job on that puzzle, though.

Dr Strangelove, you win. Rob lost to Russell. I don't know why, as Tyson made a stupid move, and Jerri made a weird move, and Coach made a cowardly move, but it happened. :hi:

I did love Rob's parting shot at Coach. That was a nice way to go out.

1. Russell is a little man.
And I think he will go to F3 as a goat.

They need to get rid of Parvati. They are underestimating Sandra. She could win it all.

2. two things more
1. I think the Villains were very smart to vote off Rob, as the merge is likely next week and he was a huge threat to run the table in ICs.

2. So, I totaled up how many episodes each season someone went without giving a confessional, and ranked them. Guess where this season already ranks?
Season / # of zeroes
19 / 42
13 / 39
16 / 36
20 / 32
17 / 31
14 / 29
10 / 24
9 / 18
11 / 16
18 / 16
4 / 13
7 / 13
15 / 13
8 / 12
12 / 12
2 / 7
5 / 7
6 / 7
1 / 6
3 / 6

That's right, 7 episodes in and it's already the fourth highest in zero confessionals. Staggering. Danielle and Sandra now have the record for most consecutive zeroes, with 6. Danielle has the lowest average ever, at 0.29. For someone like Sandra, a former winner with an amazing wit and tongue to go six episodes is definitely sexist. I'm starting to get disgusted with the editors at this point, I really am.

Oh, yeah, in comparison with Sandra's three confessionals and Danielle's two, we have Coach at 26 and Russhole with 28. Because the fans were crying out for more Russhole and Coach, apparently. Can't have those women getting uppity ideas like talking, now, can we? The highest ranked woman, Amanda, is seventh, with 14.

3. GUH!
I can't believe the RobFathah got voted out by the RussellTroll. Coach was a complete coward. Jerri was clearly making a move that she thought would help her (which it won't, but to be honest, she's no better or rose off than she was before--Rob certainly wasn't going to take her anywhere either).

Previews are misleading--they certainly made it look like Sandra was next on the chopping block. And lets face it, with RussellTroll now in command of the tribe, she is as she was Rob's biggest ally. But I don't think it'll be her next week but probably Candace.

I, too, have noticed the complete lack of confessionals from the women this season. I think MB has a man crush on RussellTroll, much like Jeff had a big man crush on James.

4. Wow
I knew the fight between them was coming, but its not how I thought it would go down. I'm sorry to see ROb go. It was the right move. He is by far the best player in the game. No one could beat him in a vote and no way you want him around when individual immunity is up each week. So they had to take him out. I never thought Jerri would flip to Russell though. She is a bigger idiot than I thought.

If they merge next, it will take some stupid play by the villains not to oust JT or Colby, but maybe Colby turns and joins the villains. Not sure thats gonna happen now, but maybe.

I hope the heroes are not Pagonged.

Rob's last words were great. Coach is a little man. What a cowardly way out. Pick a side and stick with it. I bet Russell goes after coach for that bullshit.

5. from the commercial on TAR last night
it looks like no merge this week, which is a surprise. If so, Coach and Courtney and Sandra are in big trouble.

Although a secret scene indicates that Sandra is going after Russell guns blazing. That could be fun.

6. I guess
She is a great player, but she is no Rob. I am going to go into Rob withdrawal now. I'll still love the season, but not as much without Rob.

No merge huh, first I get all excited about it, now its not coming. Man, this is hard to predict.

7. from the commercial
Jeff says "Drop your..." Survivors start getting excited. Then Jeff continues: "...expectations."

I dunno. I guess that means no merge and a final two. I wish they'd make up their mind on the F2/F3 thing. It seems like a fundamental part of the game that just changes randomly.

I'll miss Rob, too. Hopefully we won't get a bunch of confessionals from Russell crowing about being the Greatest! Of! All! Time! Except for the time he didn't win. Heh.

8. I suspect it will be the russell show again
Which is okay with me. I really like watching him play. He is very good at the game, just not the social aspect of it. He needs to learn how to get people to respect his game while they hate him.
Anyway, I hope they merge and that advert is just misdirection from Probst and MB. The final three is more appealing to me, because it can shake it up more.

9. Go Russell!
Ya he's an evil little leprachaun but after this season gets snuffed I really hope its the last time CBS will ever showcase that
nauseating Boston Rob.

10. I'm warming up to Russhole
I liked him at first, then, as I learned more about him, grew to dislike him. Plus, TPTB shoved him down our throats last season. He got more confessionals than any other survivor ever, by a huge margin.

This season, they've backed off that, especially the last two episodes. He absolutely can't win, but he makes the game interesting. He's like a force of chaos.

Rob is the awesomest awesome who ever awesomed, though. :hide:

11. Russell
I am a big fan of Russell on TV, but he is an idiot with how he plays the social game. His best bet may have been partnering with parv, who is equally hated by this group. I suspect that if they go into the final three, whoever goes with them will win. I'm still pulling for Saundra now. After Rob, she is my favorite. I hope the heroes get whacked now. JT first, then Rupert. I hope they keep Amanda around just because I love the bikini shots of her, but she has played this game badly. Then I am hoping that Colby comes on strong and flips.
