Survivor 21 Ep 8: "Company Will Be Arriving"
I thought Jane made a critical mistake. By showing herself to be so strong in that type of challenge, she made it obvious that she can't be taken to F4 or she's a lock for F3, where she's a strong contender to win. Marty planted seeds to that effect.

Alina made the critical mistake of targeting the wrong person at the first TC on La Flor way back in week two. Had she allowed the tribe to proceed with their intention to boot Na Oinka, this would be a completely different game.

She also allowed Na Oinka to totally misrepresent what happened with the stolen food, but that was just an excuse. Alina's ticket was punched as soon as she targeted Brenda in the beginning.

Na Oinka is playing the Russell game hard, and will have the exact same outcome. She's going to be in F3, and will not receive a vote. (Not a spoiler, of course, just my prediction.)

I thought the IC was a good one, but it would have been great as an F4 endurance challenge.

1. Marty has strokes of genius and strokes of idiocy.
Saying that he would vote for her if she were in the final 3 was genius.

I agree that Jane shouldn't have shown her strength. She is playing a horrible game.

I am disappointed in Benry. I thought he might be one of the people that would figure out how to play this game. But I have no idea what his plan is to continue on in the game.

I think Sash is in a good position (and he's from the town in Wisconsin where I live!).

2. Meh
I totally agree with this, Marty goes from being a total moron one minute to being a genius the next. Very consistent gameplay. He and Jane really seem to despise each other and it's coming out in very detrimental ways to both of them (though Marty's comments about her at tribal were actually very strategic).

NaOnko or whatever the hell her name is I don't even care has really got to go. She's even worse than Russell in my book. I suspect she's going to be the goat this year, and will get to the final three just because everyone hates her so much.

Aleina was just stupid with the whole stealing the food stuff. She should've never been a part of that. I would like to see some behind the scenes stuff. That "dirty squirrel" comment during the vote just seemed unnecessarily vicious.

Sasha has played a good game so far, but his head his getting mighty big. I suspect he's due for a blindside soon.

So far, I haven't really enjoyed this season all that much.

3. I don't know if it's the editing or, maybe I'm not paying attention,
but none of these folks seem very bright. NaOnka seems like she's trying to be Russell. I thought you got kicked off if you stole food. I remember a guy who got booted because everyone thought he was eating a candy bar he had hidden in his pocket (nobody knew how it got there) but he was chewing on a stick. Didn't someone else leave because they ate some bananas?

I think Marty and Holly will go before Jane, who has more friends in the younger crowd.

I can't imagine NaOnka teaching PE or anything else to a bunch of kids.

I like Jud (Fabio) more than I used to in the beginning.

4. I can imagine some parents objecting to NaOinka
as a teacher for their kids when she gets back to the real world. I don't think I would want her teaching my children, if I had little ones.

I agree about Jud. He seems to have integrity.

5. I googled NaOnka when Survivor first started and found
out she was a track star in college. Can't find the link but found this:

"NaOnka Mixon (27): big time track star...should be a big asset to challenges. Another one who seems very into herself. Says she is the secret weapon. Claims she is not nervous and is a stallion. She really seemed like she was on drugs in the interview video on the CBS site."

Here's a link to her interview. You decide:
