I Tivo that show. There are funny lines in it that are easy to miss if you are not listening carefully. It has Chloris Leachman and Martha Plimpton, who is Keith Carradine's kid.

I hope this show lasts.

2. I've been watching it since the first episode, and will watch it as long as it lasts

I loved the 3/1/11 vasectomy episode, "Snip Snip" and younger Burt and Jimmy's scene with the theme song from "The Courtship of Eddie's Father"

I'm happy that it's been renewed for a second season.

4. One of the best throwaway lines was from the episode

where Bert wanted to try out to be in a professional rock group when he was a teenage father. He said he had to bring the baby Jimmy with him to the audition because his wife had detention.
