to respond? I have done the minimum in the past but I find the thing so invasive to my privacy that I do not want to send the form back in at all. I am part of CRP for erosion on a small percentage of the ranch. Does that mean I am part of the system and must respond???

It says you do...I think these things tend to be good in the long run, at least I like to be counted as a small non-corp operation. I sure understand the privacy concerns - but then I use bank cards and cell phones so I know I have none LOL

Not sure how they find you but I can imagine any number of sources. I think we get a state survey every so often too.
