Has anyone ever put forward a Menopause Group?

It seems to be a reasonable subset of the Boomers' group, but certainly, ahem, not all boomers would be interested/affected. I was just wondering if this had already been floated and shot down, or anything like that, before I proposed it.

Apparently lots of DUers are interested in the topic, but if we had our own forum, we could have individual subtopics instead of a single thread.

4. It's a great idea!!

I posted it in DU, and we had a great response, and many women found it funny and enlightening. I had just become a member of DU and wasn't all that sure where to post it. But your idea of a forum is a great idea! If only just to vent. I myself like to see the funny side of it....will talk again later. I just think it helps to laugh....

I was just having the urge to start a post titled "Stop Me From Taking Hormones Again!" I threw away my HRT and now I'm having hot flashes every half hour, I swear. :blush: I wanted some opinions on herbs and things like that and just generally thought it would be great to have someone to commiserate with. None of my friends are experiencing menopause yet! :wtf:
