My Hubby Is About To Go To Colorado Elk Hunting

It'll be his first muzzleloader hunt. He's excited. How do things look this year? Any Coloradoans here?

he goes out to Wyoming to hunt Elk whenever he can.

My sister lived in Montana for a time and I used to have friends out there, but alas, they all moved away before I had a chance to experience western hunting. I chase the wiley whitetail here in the east, but I'd like to go elk hunting one of these days.
