Sold the sailboat and just bought 2 kayaks.
I bought a wilderness tsunami 12.5 for myself and a 12' current designs kestrel for my wife. I am looking forward to getting back to basics (although a sailboat is pretty basic at 26' there is a fair amount of stress when out by yourself) and getting some relaxing quiet time away from everything. Do a few overnights....can't wait.
All excited and just wanted to share.

1. Where you are sailing is pretty stressful, particularly considering
the short season. Here in TX we sail all year with only the occasional ice storm to interfere and then we go to the marina and drink beer while talking about sailing.

'Course I've got the 16' canoe too . . .
