How long to get Letter of Authenticity from S&W?

I sent my check and a request for a Letter of Authenticity for my .32 Lemon Squeezer S&W about a month ago. They cashed my check right away. Any idea how long it usually takes to hear back?

1. Call customer service and ask.

It used to be about 4 to 6 weeks, but there are a lot more requests every week and the wait gets longer.
Nice gun- S&W New Departure, the original safety revolver. Heavy trigger plus grip safety to stop accidental firing, long ahead of its time.Used to have one, would not mind another- maybe hunt for one late this year.

They are fun to shoot once you get used to the trigger.
