Looking for a good nocturnal camcorder and/or camera

Someone on DU suggested a system that was about $200, but could pick it up for half that. Unfortunately, I can't find the thread. My wishlist in features includes the following:

wireless
sensor activated
about 50 to 75 foot range.
I don't expect perfect pictures, just enough to identify the animal.
Preferably there's a stealth feature. I don't want something flashing to scare the animal away.
