This will be crucial to his 2008 Presidential campaign. It doesn't matter if it doesn't change the outcome. He needs to be on the record against this fraud when it counts.

1. He may have a problem with that--
--until the FEC is finished with him.

OK, a chance crossreference on another list tipped me off as to why Dennis hasn't been speaking up, so we can all quit being armchair psychologists.

Don McTigue, a Columbus lawyer who filed the lawsuit for the Ohio Democratic Party, said the Democrats have concerns that different standards are being applied from county to county.

Don McTigue was also the Kucinich campaign treasurer, so there are issues of real or perceived conflicts of interest to consider here. I don't think that the FEC is quite finished with Dennis yet.

2. He still needs to object. Failure to do so will kill him in 08.
So please encourage him to go on the record tomorrow so we can we don't have to defend him from questions about a failure to oppose the election.

3. Dennis signed Conyers's letter. He's the only Pres candidate on board.
Guess we should have elected him. Guess we'll have to do so in 08.
