I saw Howard Dean earlier today and we talked briefly about my letter to him. I hope to meet with him soon to discuss it at length. I then went to the floor of the house to give another speech challenging the war. The speech will appear here tomorrow after it is published in the Congressional Record. It is about the necessity of Democrats taking the lead to get the US out of Iraq.

I hope DK & Dean can talk. Wouldn't that be great to have them work together....I am not sure of Deans political aspirations...I am guessing he would like to run again, but still.... it be good to for these two to have a real conversation......

Nice thing is, I know Dennis will report back to us if & when it happens.
