2. The point of these forums
is not to be an echo chamber so supporters of one candidate can gang up on people like a swarm of bees. I don't like it when supporters of other Dem leaders/candidates do that, so I don't advocate doing it here either.

3. We all have our ways of supporting Dennis...
and some actually beyond posting here on good ol' DU.

Dennis has always had strong supporters but we don't always jump all over threads like some of the other supporters here do for their man.Doesn't mean we don't suport Dennis or that there isn't any support for him....

We need to do a lot more than reply to threads if we want to get DK the really tangible support he needs if he decides to run (fingers crossed)....

How about THIS thread.??

4. I'm frantically busy with my local Progressive Dem caucus
If we don't get progressives effectively organized to do electoral politics, we won't be able to line up behind Dennis or any other politician who supports his agends.

5. We need to focus on Dennis now if we are going to get him elected.
He's the only hope for a Democratic victory in 2006. The Greens are right. Today, I discovered that too many people pretend to be Democrats and act like Republicans. I don't think we will be able to pull it together in the next general election or in any other election unless we put him out front.

6. He might not want to be out front
That campaign, plus maintaining a 90% attendance record in Congress, took an unbelievable toll on him.

8. Does anyone know how Dennis is really doing these days??
I know his schedule was absolutely nuts! Proved to me he was Superman... LOL

Any word from anyone as to whether he would or wants to go through it all again?

But I do agree..we need to get organized if its going to happen.
