Ohio PDA invites you to "Walk for Dennis," Saturday, Oct. 21, 10 AM

Greetings PDA Members and Friends,

As you know, Rep Dennis Kucinich has been on the forefront of introducing initiatives and resolutions addressing the issues we hold dear. He has been and will continue to be a great backer of progressives in general, and he has been a strong backer of Progressive Democrats of America in particular. Thus, in the reciprocal spirit of friendship, we at PDA are organizing to give back to a man who has often been the lonely voice in the wilderness speaking to the heart of what it means to be a peacemaker, a voice heralding those values that keep us in touch with our humanity.

We ask you to take two to three hours on Saturday, Oct. 21, to join us in a literature drop for Dennis in his district. We hope to gather 20 to 30 people to "Walk for Dennis" and remind his constituency of his great worth as the conscience of the Congress.

We will meet at his campaign office at 11730 Lorain Ave. in Cleveland at 10 am. His office will have walking lists and maps for us. After the walk, we will meet back at his offices for pizza and refreshments.

Now is the time to stand up and take action for Dennis. Join us in this small giving back to one who has stood so tall in support of changing the direction of our country. By supporting Dennis, we support what he stands for: peaceful solutions, sensible government that serves the people over the special interests, fair elections, and progressive approaches to problem solving.
