“With a Mideast oil supply increasingly unsteady, this administration’s failed playbook is to build a new oil rig and pave over our dwindling natural resources. Eight weeks ago Americans demanded change on the environment and relief at the gas pump, but there’s no change in Washington if the Administration just sells off Alaska’s frontier to the big oil companies. We need to end this ‘drill today, pay tomorrow’ mentality, and instead make the tough choices to declare our energy independence.”
