I think the Republicans who voted Yea as being major pork barrel GOPers, and the Democrats who voted Nay as being for ethical government. Repubs who voted Yea may be for ethics OR just playing politics, hard to know. Lot of Dems voted Yea -- pretty disappointing. But we ultimately won the day. This is why we have a two party system; sometimes things work out that wouldn't otherwise.
