The JohnKerry.com blog has a new post that deals with the defense department selling surplus stuff ... that ended up going to Iran. (Kerry spoke out on this and is quoted in the NYT).

i already commented but this is related. The arms given to the Contras caused a mess there - why do we keep doing this. Bill Clinton by the way was in favor of supporting the Contras.
