That's a quote I just heard on The Ed Schultz Show from the substitute host Norman Goldman, attributed to Ed himself.
He was also saying that Teddy K is the best orator in the senate (I believe.)

He's playing Teddy K's speech about the amendments the R's are trying to tack onto the minimum wage bill. That was awesome.
