It was a great interview.

I loved the smile at the end when Stephie signed off and Kerry knew he'd beat him down on the Edwards question.

2. I really...

...liked how he INSISTED (politely, of course) that the discussion about his Obama endorsement be toward the positive, as opposed to the MSM 'spin' of how it disrespected Edwards and/or Clinton. The Shrum question WAS a ridiculous waste of time, not only because it is divisive and moves us backward, but because it plays into the 'spin' that his endorsment was disrespectful to Edwards.

I also like that he seemed to 'give notice' that he would not tolerate 'Swiftboating' in any form, toward any Democrat.

5. Way to go, Senator Kerry

It was all Kerry--very classy, very on point ...

I was SO pleased when he wouldn't let George Stephanopoulos run the interview into a ditch. And heaven knows, George tried!

I think everyone could learn from Senator Kerry--how to endorse with class and without trashing the opponent.
