I have sort of been in and out today. (I am job hunting and so forth.) I saw Sen. Clinton's Farewell Speech to the Senate on C-Span today but did not have time to post about it.
She gave a wonderful, heartfelt speech that really showed the mixed emotions she had upon leaving the US Senate.
It was a classy speech from a classy, smart woman and I wholeheartedly recommend it to you:

Congratulations to Sen. Clinton on her nomination hearing this week and her graceful and eloquent remarks today. The US Senate will, I am sure, miss her.
(The primaries are way, way, way over. I am sooooooooooo ready to come together with other Democrats and work to get this country out of the hole we are in. Madame Secretary Clinton will be an important part of that. As her testimony this week showed, she is one incredible and gifted woman. Everyone wishes her good luck and God Speed in her new and challenging role at the State Department.)
