1. Oh, sorry to hear that. This will set him back with his re-election campaign
(as it did for Kerry when he ran for POTUS). I hope the wolves don't take advantage of his situation, but this being politics, they probably will.

Thoughts and prayers to Sen. Dodd and his family. Luckily, he has friends like Kerry who have been through this.

2. he's had way more than his share of Stuff lately
but as Salon article noted, JK is OK (and I'm sure will be offering support and advice to his fellow senator. . )
