... to see what Sotomayor had to say on this matter. Last fall, she said some great-- and unprecedented-- criticisms about "corporate personhood". Even though she was on the losing side, I would love to see some inspiring, incisive words from her for us progressives to take to heart.

I remember, also last fall, at least one of the RATS (can't remember which) acted like he didn't know what corporate personhood was, or was playing dumb. :eyes:
