Nice interview - some things I remember though watching the link is easier and obviously better. The three links include much not on TV, but there are some comments not in the links that were on TV - and some are in the written article there.

Says that she asked a lot of questions when she heard she had cancer - asked lots of questions. JK said that many call her Dr T. She said if she were born now, she would have been a doctor. Her description of looking at the mammograms and the extracted material really show how much she knows and that how intellectually she approached this.

Asked if she had spoken to Elizabeth Edwards - no, but JK had reached out to Elizabeth this last weekend.

Of Michelle, she spoke of how she was strong and a good support to her husband - and said she did not envy her that job when ased if she did.

On Scott Brown - spoke of fear and anger that things aren't fixed and said that through his campaign he came across as a nice guy. In the web stuff, she spoke of MA and NJ not being anti-Obama or health care.

Said that more needed to be done on prevention and that community clinics could do a lot more.

..and then only ends up showing like 5 minutes or so of it, though the part they did show on there, I enjoyed. She looks great! :) I really admire her strength and resilience in the face of something so terrifying as cancer (even if it was caught early). I liked the short snippet they did with JK, too. The "Dr. T" thing is so cute! :) And sounds well deserved. Teresa really does seem to know her stuff and I too admire how intellectually and reasonably calmly she's seemed to have approached this. That's a real testiment to her strength and I think will prove to be inspirational to many other women out there who are dealing with this as well.

I liked what she had to say about Michelle and her perspective on the whole MA thing..I look forward to hearing more on her thoughts on it and NJ in the web exclusive stuff. It's interesting getting her perspective.

And I love how JK reached out to Elizabeth. :)

Look forward to watching more of it real soon *is saving link*

9. Amazingly calmly
and so eager to understand everything about it. I really admire that she went public because of the recommendation change on mammograms, which she and her doctor completely disagree with. It was clear that she had kept it private until then and that likely was her preference.

I thought it was really nice that Kerry did reach out to Elizabeth and remember that last year when he gave a talk in North Carolina, when asked about the Edwards, he mentioned that he had called Elizabeth. With everything happening to her, I would imagine that this means a lot - he has called it a tragedy for the family. He really is an extraordinary person - as is his wife.

12. I love that he did that, too.
Kerry, like Elizabeth, is a true friend and a person of wisdom.

7. Did you catch where she said she did not think Massachusetts and NJ was a referendum on Obama.
She explained a few things about the Massachusetts vote and then said she thought NJ's vote was due to Corizin. (sp)

13. I read a good explanation of the vote in this link--

It makes me feel bad for Coakley, because I really got like her after I watched the rally.

I made about 150 calls for her in three days.

14. And at least I still have their marriage to look up to...
... as a love story and a partnership of equals.
