Kerry has been helpful and gracious - no surprise there.

(I found this searching the BG, which apparently didn't cover Kerry's brilliant Doha speech, his visit to India, or his visit to Pakistan - now, they had covered the fact that the SFRC's travel budget was high. They also had an editorial knocking him for getting an unwanted engine for the military (made in MA funded) - yet they forgot that last week in stating their hopes for MA funding last week.)
