That makes 11 - so if any are shaky, there is now some padding.

6. Even Fox News says it will pass tomorrow
Though in the article, Lindsey Graham is competing with Kyl, McConnell and McCain for most nasty, juvenile opponent.

7. Lindsey Graham is very disapointing on this. And, I still feel he did not have a good reason to back
away from the energy bill.

9. Per the instant twitter feed on google, Kerry was just on MSNBC

Kerry(D-Mass) sez he and Sen. Richard Lugar (R-Ind) are "extraordinarily encouraged and gratified" by #START cloture vote
Twitter - 4 minutes ago

Meanwhile, in a completely mind numbingly stupid Fox stunt - they wonder why Kerry was note taught to debate at Yale (did they miss 3 debates in 2004 and they missed that for 4 years he was not just the Yale's star debater, but the best in the country.) They take McConnell's full comments and played only Kerry's first sentence - It was the same speech that impressed everyone here. http://mediamatters.org/blog/201012210009
