Short summary:
There still are bombings in support of the rebels. They were not there yesterday due to a sandstorm.

Kerry agreed with Obama on "no boots" on the ground - and in response to question on special forces said that no military means no military of any kind. Would comment on newspaper story re CIA.

Answered question about the US now not leading - we are doing right think and the plan itself showed leadership.

About defections - smart decision. Said there was no deal for Moussa Koussa to avoid charges. Did say that door should be left open on that on a case by case basis if lives could be saved.
