...because Elizabeth Warren ain't the only one with a hat in the ring there.

I'm referring, of course, to Setti Warren -- longtime key JK staffer, former regional FEMA director, currently the Mayor of Newton, and currently running to replace Scott Brown in 2012.

Those of you who've had the chance to spend time with Setti already know what a fine (and funny) person he is. And you already know what an excellent choice he'd be to serve alongside the senior Senator from Massadamchusetts.

Seriously, we all know that Scott Brown sucks -- and I know that Setti Warren would make a terrific partner for The Tall Guy in the Senate, both for MA and for the USA.

I know the man and I know his family and I know his creds and I know he's the best person for the job. Setti surely deserves your attention, and your support as well.

Well, I had to take some extended time off to deal with family stuff, and then I had some physical health issues of my to sort out for a while there too.

(FWIW, I haven't had to go inpatient for transfusions & such for almost a year now, which means it's pretty much in remission for now. Yay! :::crossing paws::: )

In any case, I decided that it's definitely time for yr hmbl otr crspndnt to climb back in the saddle and take up my sword & lance again. There's just too much at stake not to fight back against the forces of darkness.

I'll be damned if I'm gonna let the Teapublicans take over my government and my country with their screw-the-poor-and-working-class voodoo economics and their Xtian equivalent of Sharia law without punching back at them as hard as I possibly can.
