I was so honored to be chosen by my supervisors be among those to get a ticket for it. I literally had to read over the email a dozen times to let it sink in.. Now the only question is---what to wear to such an affair? lol :)

Everyday I wake up and wonder if I have dreamt this whole experience. Though it hasn't been perfect in every detail as I elaborated on in my blog, it's been wonderful so far--I feel so lucky!

Thank you for reading! There will be much more where that came from as I step up my blogging game..or at least try to! haha :)

6. Thank you! I thought it would be a neat way to document the journey..

..Have many more posts planned. (There's a subscribe button at the bottom corner of the page that can send emails to you when there are new postings, I think). Thank you so much for reading! I *still* can't believe I'm here!

BTW, does anyone know if a certain lovely, dynamic couple from Massachusetts/Pennsylvania ever go to the holiday party? ;) (Still feels like I dreamt that email..and the followup)! :)

Having the time of my life! Still battling that Metro though, haha.

8. Made a post about the grittier side of politics..

..Today. A bit "emo" I admit lol but part of my vision for the blog was to document the whole journey-the highs as well as the lows. :)
