Looks like Theresa wasn't there. She also wasn't listed on the guest list. (DC is such a company town that they actually do do things like post guest lists at state dinners in the style section, along with those photos)

What a fabulous suit! :) I hope Teresa is well...she probably just had a scheduling conflict or something. I can't believe she wouldn't be invited when everyone elses' spouses were? Probably just indicated beforehand she couldn't make it..
