John Kleeb - what's his story? A newbie wants to know!
I've read his posts on here, and think I have seen his name on other forums. Does he work in Congress? Or in DC?

Just picking up on that from some of the things he has posted.
I'm being nosey & curious. Also have seen Ron's name around alot too.

1. ok
John Kleeb is graduating from high school this year, probably this or next week. he was an intern for a congressmember this year. and he loves NAtalie Portman and other beautiful girls. hehe

Dr Ron i believe use to post on the official Kerry website blog. he now is part of lightupthedarkness.org . he is a doctor as you can tell by his name.

you will learn more just from posting here and interacting with others.

2. funny
I thought John was older than high school!

Well...I have 2 daughters in high school. Momma would be happy if they dated a nice democrat:blush:

I wonder what Dr Ron's name was on the JK forum?
I was there!
I bet everyone in this DU group was probably there.
I see a couple of familiar names.

3. probably because
he seems far more informed than many on here who are a lot more older than him.

i think Dr Ron's name in the JK forum was the same as it is now. i looked through there a few times but i wasn't really a blogger on there. but i remember seeing some posts from him.

you should check out the lightupthedarkness.org blog .

5. Not sure
But was Dr Ron's name "Ron_Chusid" on the JK Forum/Blog? His posts seem a lot like he's the same guy. And I could swear I recall him posting something about LUTD on that forum shortly before it shut down.

Edited on Wed Jun-15-05 04:32 AM by JohnKleeb
I used to work for a Congresswoman over my second semester in my senior year of high school, I finished that up this past May, I am now unemployed and I graduate high school next week. Oh and yes Natalie Portman is a goddess.

Edited on Wed Jun-15-05 02:38 PM by JohnKleeb
Yeah Beach Week is in the Outer Banks, I am looking for someone to bug to give me a ride and place to stay. I am gonna have a picture today thats nothing special but its pretty amusing, its a picture of me flipping off a friend of mine in government class. About the college situation though, on monday after school I went over to the local community college to do my placement tests and I did all right on them and I am gonna be choosing my classes for first semester next fall which will be about 12 credits at least.

11. A whole week?
And people thought Oregon was the party state, ha, guess not. Uhm, I kind of meant old fogie graduation pictures, but I guess the bird one would be okay too.

My son just came home from his first year at state college. He was less than impressed. He's staying home next year and going to the community college. They're little here, some places I imagine the community colleges are bigger than the state college he went to.

I know you've been waiting for college. Honestly though, you do not sound like a "kid" at all. I about fell off my chair the first time I read a post where you mentioned you were in high school.

20. Whatever do you mean
Edited on Sat Jun-18-05 02:59 PM by JohnKleeb
My hatred of the New York Yankees is how I was brought up and I bet you if I had been brought up in the Bronx or NY, I would like them likely but because I wasnt and I always have IDed with the Orioles, I hate them. Or perhaps you read my story about flipping someone off in class? Yep I am immature than I am mature.

21. You flipped someone off in class?
What did they do to get you that teed off?

I don't think the fact that you hate the Yankees makes you immature. I think it means you hate the Yankees. As you know, I cannot say I hate Baltimore because we had their farm club for many years until very recently. If I said I hated the Orioles it would be like saying I hate the Wings, and I just don't. (Although when the Clippers came to town I did play trader to the home team. Ssshhhh. Don't tell).

22. Well its harder for me to like the Yankees because of experience
Edited on Sat Jun-18-05 04:21 PM by JohnKleeb
but I grant you this, those who say rooting for the Yankees is like rooting for the republicans. I dont care that you sided with Columbus when they came to town, hell you dont hate us even if you're gonna be our beat up toy this year and thats great. I just cant stand the Yankees but here's another of my paradoxes, I admire Roger Maris a lot and wish he still had the home runs for season record because I feel he was a decent guy, I think its horrible how he was treated. About the flipping off though, it was a staged picture but he had pissed me off by using this big orange cone to yell in my ear so I gave him the finger. Theres actually a picture of it, unfortunely the guy who I gave the finger isnt in it but I am gonna post it.

This is actually from last week.

23. Staging it--but serious on the inside, hmmm....
That picture is great. It does look like too much fun to actually be anger venting. I have a few in my younger days of staged finger shots, too. I hate having my picture taken so it seemed appropriate to flip the bird instead of saying "cheese" or some other stupid thing. I did a door to door campaign with Metro Justice a couple weeks ago and the organizer took a group shot for the newsletter and everyone said "George * can kiss my ass" that was better. :)
