Coleman wins St. Paul primary: hehehehehe
Of course we know that the present mayor of St. Paul, Randy Kelly an alleged Dem, endorsed That Friggin Idiot last year. Sen. Kerry this year endorsed Chris Coleman. Coleman whomped Kelly. I am just so happy about this. (TayTay never said she was above petty revenge. Actually revenge is a nice thing, especially when it gets a real Dem advanced.)

Coleman Wins!

ONLINE EXTRA: Coleman stuns Kelly in St. Paul primary near sweep

By Tim Nelson

St. Paul Pioneer Press

Former St. Paul City Council Member Chris Coleman dealt a stunning blow to St. Paul Mayor Randy Kelly's re-election bid Tuesday, widely outpolling the first-term incumbent in the 2005 primary election.

"St. Paul sent a strong message of change tonight," said Coleman spokesman Bob Hume after the polls closed and returns came in.

It wasn't just a nearly 2-to-1 advantage for the DFL-endorsed challenger, either. Green Party candidate Elizabeth Dickinson came within range of second in the election and knocking the incumbent out of the general election.

Coleman even beat the mayor in Kelly's home precinct, the northeastern corner of the city, and took all but one precinct in the 6th Ward, where in the 2001 primary Kelly had a 1,394-vote majority, despite coming in second citywide. Even more important, perhaps, were results from the 3rd Ward, which usually features the city's heaviest voter turnout. Coleman beat Kelly in the Macalester-Groveland and Highland Park neighborhoods by 3,304 to 1,755 votes.

2. Great News!
From the article, look which Senator supports Kelly:

<Just last weekend, he was touting his cross-partisan support, sending out mailings that featured photos of Republican Gov. Tim Pawlenty and U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman.>

But they say in the article that the over-whelming majority of St Paul voters, voted for Kerry.

3. KAP money to Manchester NH Dem Mayor
http://www.theunionleader.com/articles_showa.html?article=60395

Keep America's Promise has donated $8,000 to the campaign of Mayor Robert Baines. Baines is running for re-election against Repub. Frank Guinta.

Right neighborly of them to do that. Mr. Baines is a good mayor.
