Democrats offer part of Kerry's healthcare plan in the Senate
Remember Kerry's healthcare plan during the campaign that allowed individual to subscribe to federal employees' healthcare plans?

It was introduced in the Senate yesterday. Do not tell Democrats have no ideas.
