Front Page article on dKos about AQ Khan (BCCI in the comments)

I put something in there from an India Times article, but if anyone with more expertise wants to comment on this and how it was John Kerry who blew the whole thing open, it might get some eyeballs.

what is really annoying was that it's not just Bush who ignored Kerry. Kerry's final report with a laundry list of things still needing action is really depressing. If Khan/Pakistan/BCCI would have been investigated in the time frame when Bush 1 was hampering things, they might have caught that network before Iran or North Korea got the technology they did. That Clinton also did nothing on this is really not good. (Also, the list calls for more investigation of Marc Rich who used BCCI money for commodities speculation. I doubt Senator Kerry was happy with the controversial pardon.)
