Anyone know about a big shakeup at AAR?

Just got this email from Marc Maron:

Hello, folks-

The Marc Maron Show has been really starting to groove out here in LA. I'm sorry if you haven't been able to get it. Someday, it will be made available to the world. There was a big shake up at AAR Headquarters. The guy who fired me, Goldberg, is out. It's not clear what will happen to The Marc Maron Show at this point in time in terms of getting it out there. We are suppose to syndicate May 1st but the brass have some ideas about my future that I'm suppose to hear this week. That aside, I am well, the cats are well, my wife, Mishna, is well. . .

AND SHE'S BRINGING HER ONE PERSON SHOW TO NEW YORK CITY FOR 2 BIG NIGHTS!!!! It’s all about her growing up in a black neighborhood with a father who thought he was black.

1. It looks like the big money people want to go in a different direction

It looks like they are once again back to trying to grow their own network of owned stations. This will probably be mixed in with the syndication deals they have with Buge Huge Evil Radio Comglomerates. Goldberg probably wasn't the guy to do this, so he's gone. (I think Phoenix was a wake-up call for AAR, do something different or be bought out of existence.)
