Somebody want to translate this?
Salut connard"

And authenticate that it's not just an online translator?

1. Ya beat me to it.
My French isn't that good, but that last sentence is, "Goodbye jerk." He also manages to imply that all Americans are morons.

"mange un osti de char de marde" looks something like "eat shit" to me, but I could be wrong.

2. Mine's not that good either.
Quebequois are insulted by the term "french canadian." You'd never in a million years see them refer to themselves as frogs, I'm willing to bet.

3. Never mind, he's tombstoned.
Maybe he'll show up again as Frogfromthenorth3?

As someone of French ancestry, his name was insulting enough, even if it was meant to be tongue-in-cheek.

You understood what it meens globaly. It is not very clever (can I say "completely stupid"?). That dude thinks he's more clever and open minded than you are because he is Quebecan and you are American go figure... He's visibly a perfect living specimen of anti-americanism. We, french, and quebecans too obviously, have our own kind of square-headed morons too and you met one of them... I'll NOT put flowers on his tombstone but thank the Admin for the action he took, I'm sorry and please let me apologize for him. I feel ashamed for him because to insult people in a foreign language is really a mark of cowardice and to read that kind of shit in french do piss me off badly, specificaly here on DU where the francophones are so welcomed.
Let's move on and forget that very sad incident...

EDIT- Can someone post here a link to the thread where it happens please ?

5. Yep
Basically he says that "you" are an ignorant whereas he is very bright and open minded...

Of course by posting this he's demonstrating quite the opposite :-)

It's not an online translator, the guy is fluent in french.

He'd sure make a great succes with the freepers :-)
