My French isn't that good, but that last sentence is, "Goodbye jerk." He also manages to imply that all Americans are morons.

"mange un osti de char de marde" looks something like "eat shit" to me, but I could be wrong.

You understood what it meens globaly. It is not very clever (can I say "completely stupid"?). That dude thinks he's more clever and open minded than you are because he is Quebecan and you are American go figure... He's visibly a perfect living specimen of anti-americanism. We, french, and quebecans too obviously, have our own kind of square-headed morons too and you met one of them...
