got the word this weekend that my church in closing

finally found a good church in my town. great for the youth, wasn't hung up on the financial end, and the people were great. got the word that at the end of this year it will be closed and we will merge with another church.

3. You should call around to people you know and find out if there

is a groundswell to fight this. It's happening all over, and it will keep happening until we all say No. I think you can appela to the Vatican, but the appeal process must start soon, and you need a Canon lawyer.

5. there was an orgainizational meeting put together by another church

int he area that is fighting their church closing. i believe some of our parish council was there.
