Can anyone suggest a non-reactionary Catholic blog?
There are dozens out there that leave me with a bad taste in my mouth, that seem to measure their devotion by how snide they are to non -traditionalists. I need an antidote.

2. The Distributist Review?
It's not exclusively Catholic, but it is strongly influenced by Catholic social teaching.

3. I read the National Catholic Reporter
It's American, but it covers issues from all over the world, and while there are many thoughtful articles on Catholic practices and beliefs, it's by no means forelock-tugging in outlook. I go through it daily.

CathNews is Australian, but has articles on church matters from all over the world:

Don't be put off by the title of this one:

Its objective is clear, but in fact there are interesting articles on all sorts of Church doctrine and practices, which I often find enlightening and informative. They are definitely revolutionary though!

4. I love NCR, and thanks for CathNews. A lot of times we get
biased reporting claiming that only American Catholics have any problems with what Rome has to say.

Yesterday we had a South Sudanese pastor preaching in order to raise money for the missions. He was a very kind man, which gives me great hope.

5. Here is one I follow, and one I just found that looks interesting:
About Us

What do you have if you have a pallium? Should you seek immediate medical care?
Can you tell a liturgical reformer from a reformer of liturgical reform? Can you negotiate with either?
True or False: Ad orientem is a carpet store on Madison Avenue.

Say what?

Welcome to Pray Tell, a blog that gives practical wisdom about prayer, sacraments, and the community of the faithful – in short, worship. Created especially for pastors, liturgists, musicians, and scholars, Pray Tell is informal, conversational, even humorous, but also – we hope – always well-informed and intellectually grounded.
