1. I don't know anything scientific, but my sister gets extreme fatigue from eating gluten.
She avoids all traces of gluten. Her partner makes almost everything from scratch. She gets her spices from a specialty shop that guarantees purity.

I was just wondering if any other DUers had experience with cutting out gluten and improving depression. I've been reading a lot of anecdotal accounts of success stories online.

3. personally, it would depress me to cut out gluten.
i know that some people manage it, but i just could never do it. special diets are hard, and this one is the hardest.
i do believe that some people have trouble with gluten. but....
