"Argentina renews falkland claim"

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/6517705.stmAs an ally of the United Kingdom, how should the United States of America deal with citizens of Argentina who illegally immigrate to the USA? Obviously the Falkland Islands are too small to be a major destination for illegal immigrants from Argentina. If Argentina truly has rule of law and human rights, then can we say that citizens of Argentina are a kind of "refugee"?
Perhaps the United Kingdom should announce at the UN that it will be offering British passports to all citizens of the Falkland Islands? Then it could offer to resolve the dispute by setting a date for handover to Argentina, just like the July 1st, 1997 date when Hong Kong was released by British "tyranny" and handed over as a gift to the PRC government, under the ever-vigilant eye of the United Nations.
Just as people around the world are watching to see when the government of China is going to kill the goose in Hong Kong to get the gold hidden inside, people will watch the Falkland Islands to see whether or not Argentine government control of the Falkland Islands converts them into another place teeming with people who are "forced" to violate the law and become "economic refugees."
