Which Roman Emperor do you think George W. Bush most resembled?

Poll question: Which Roman Emperor do you think George W. Bush most resembled?
I've been listening to the The History of Rome podcast over the past year. As Mike (the man doing the podcast) has worked through the reigns of each of the Emperors I've been wondering which Emperor is resembled by George W. Bush the most.

Personally, I'd go with Nero - because of Katrina and Bush's treatment of Karla Faye Tucker.
