Just to start us off, how about:
Wagner's The Ride of the Valkyries
Dvorak: Overture: Carnival
Bach: Brandenburg Concertos
Strauss: The Blue Danube (Space Odyssey 2001)
and I have some Beatles music converted to classical that provides Here, There and Everywhere and Help.
