Has anyone read the Dhampir trilogy?
By Barb and JC Hendee (sp?)? The BF and I were doing some window shopping at the mall the other day and these books caught our eyes in the local Waldens. I've been looking for some good vampire books since Anne Rice lost her damn mind, and I've always liked my fantasy a bit on the dark side, so they looked fairly promising. However with the rising cost of paperbacks I'm loathe to buy anything without a recommendation first and my local library doesn't seem to have them in. (Most of my book buying is done on eBay)

Thoughts/opinions?
