3. You can read a lot into this picture.
That's just one thing that makes that photo work for me.

6. Okay regnad kcin helped me on this pic
I thought it was a building with a reflection of the flag in the windows. I was shocked because I thought there was suddenly a building there and although I liked the pic alot I consider ground zero nationalistic subjects a bit "right wing" at this point. As they launch on to it, gulp teary eyed save america kill those a-rabs, etc.

Now I've been corrected that it is a fence and the us flag is locked up behind it.

Still an awesome picture. But I like it even more now.

7. Thanks for clarifying that, super.
I also thought it was a reflection in a nearby building. The flag behind a fence at Ground Zero is much more meaningful on so many levels.

8. So it is
Wow! I will freely admit that I prejudged this photograph because of the "title" and didn't look that closely at it. This is one of those "minds eye" things. I didn't even "see" the real photograph here because my "mind" was turned off to all the negative associations I have with ground zero, 9/11, the woor on tar, etc, etc,..

:silly:

9. Thanks super!
And thanks everybody.

A lot of my friends that see it for the first time think it's a reflection on a building, so no worries.

Happy that it's got people thinkin'.
