Saw this while helping a fellow DUer distribute flyers for a new business this past afternoon.



Originally, I wished I had my 5700 (8x zoom) instead of my backup camera (only 3x), so I could have zoomed in for a closer look. In retrospect, though, I wonder if it doesn't work better this way.

2. Mukilteo, Washington...

...along the Puget Sound "coastline" about a half-hour north of Seattle.

There are eagles all over this area. There has even been a nest of bald eagles at the top of a Douglas Fir at the end of our block every spring for about five years now, but they are well-hidden by the pine branches, and I've never managed to get a good shot of them.

I'm a little freaked out. Didn't you have a reply to this thread before? Don't remember who.... it was a closeup shot of a eagle (eagles?) I know I lost some brain cells in my yute'... don't do drugs kids!!!!... but I recall a prior reply. Not the current one.

Tell me I'm just have a long-delayed flashback. :smoke:
