How about some shots of live venison?

4. Never ventured in Roxborough
I know there is a ton of deer in the area. Always thought of it as a "nature hangout" for the people at Lockheed Martin and the people with too much money living in Roxborough. Guess I should go check it out.

And I gave up on water. Aint happening for me. So it's nice to see something else.

Love your photos flow'. Very nice.

5. You really ought to get over to Roxborough.

Yes, it's Lockheed-Martin Land, but why should defense contractors have all the beautiful places? Your tax dollars are paying for their wonderland (both through defense contracts and the state park system), you should get your money's worth. It's the same range as Garden of the Gods in Co. Springs, but much less developed and thus less frequented by tourists.

I think you live south/east of Denver? Just hop on 470, it'll bring you there in a jiffy (as long as you don't hit commuter traffic).

6. Beautiful (what are those white fluffy things in background?)
You and Blue' both have an incredible "eye" for nature and landscapes. It's my goal this summer to come up with a decent nature/landscape snapshot or two.

I've driven by there a million times. I went out today and took the back roads from Conifer into Evergreen. Got crap. Should have gone to Rox' to take my over-exposed shots. Sun was waaaaay too brutal today.

If we ever have a cooler cloudy day I'll go exploring there. Thanks.
:hi:
