1. Where is this?
I adore the Auburn and Cord. I seriously considered getting one of the 3/4 scale models a few years back.

5. Wonderful photographs of fascinating subjects.
I really like all of them, but that second one makes me think simultaneously of an aircraft cockpit and a medieval war horse in full armo(u)r.

7. OK, for whatever reason, the "very first" thought that came to my mind (though I have
been enjoying wine with my wife as we do work around the house) is: "That reminds me of a speedboat."

8. That's the boat tail. My dad used to do the upholstery for
antique autos. I remember him working on Duesenbergs. The boat tail was one feature I remember.

Don Ensor did a painting of one of the cars

OG Wilson's national champ touring T . Dad did the upholstery for many of OG Wilson's collection. He might have done some for the above featured museum. He was the best in interior restorer the eastern US.

10. Well - you are really taking us through the place. This is a wonderful journey,
all my taste and knowledge is in my eyes, when it comes to cars, but they are very happy eyes.
I can imagine that there are people who would give their eye teeth to see this and give way more to have one.

:)
